Hi, I’m Tara M. Sims.
For more than two decades, I’ve had the privilege of working at the heart of leadership, supporting C-suite executives and guiding teams of administrative professionals. I know firsthand what it feels like to be the steady hand behind the scenes, making sure everything runs smoothly while often going unseen or unheard.

That’s why I’m passionate about helping assistants step out of the shadows and into their power.
My Journey
I currently serve as a Regional Administrative Manager at a leading global real estate management firm, where I support my own executive while also leading and mentoring a talented team of administrative professionals. Over the years, I’ve learned that our work is about so much more than managing tasks. It’s about driving outcomes, creating value, and becoming strategic partners in the success of our organizations.

Through both triumphs and challenges, I’ve seen how administrative professionals can either feel stuck in a supporting role, or rise into respected leaders who transform the way business gets done. That journey inspired me to write my book, Evolved Assistant: Unlocking Success in a New Era for Administrative Professionals.
