I’m Tara Sims — founder, owner, and CEO of Evolved Assistant. A New Orleans native, I currently call Atlanta home. As an administrative leader, I am driven by my passion to support business owners to success.
I founded Evolved Assistant to leverage my talents by supporting POC and women-owned businesses and to empower administrative
professionals to elevate and evolve their careers.
After graduating from Denison University, with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology, I started my career as a college recruiter serving as Assistant Director of Admissions in traditional and proprietary institutions.
The Skills to Support Operational Success
Over a successful 20-year career, I have evolved into a dynamic, strategic problem solver and executive partner supporting C-suite leaders and other senior-level professionals within Fortune 500 companies. I am driven to build successful, collaborative relationships and support executive and organizational success, as my proven ability to adapt to changing business needs, workplace cultures, executive personalities, and work styles demonstrates. I possess extensive expertise in traditional administrative functions, while also offering a unique background in administrative leadership, team building, and coaching. I also use my extensive experience and network of resources to coordinate events from small meetings to multi-day conferences, to large-scale private events.
People-focused and Partnership-oriented
Understanding human behavior is crucial to shaping organizational programs and practices to align with business needs and scalable growth initiatives. As an administrative leader, I leverage my executive support expertise, organizational skills, and coaching abilities to guide the virtual assistant professionals on my team to build successful partnerships with clients and deliver exceptional support results.
