How quickly can I have a Virtual Assistant hired? The minimum length of time we can have a VA properly onboarded to partner with you is within 2 weeks of the discovery call. In some instances, it can take longer based on VA availability. We are a boutique agency, and we service a limited number of clients, and may need to complete work with one client before adding a new one. If you are seeking the Daily Assist, which is our short term/project-based package, if available, a VA can be hired within a few days.
-
What is the onboarding process?Once you have agreed to partner with us and have signed the agreement, a 1-hour video onboarding call is scheduled. During that call, you will be introduced to your new VA, and we will determine meeting touchpoint times and best ways to communicate while partnering. You should also be prepared to provide your VA with training and access to any tools, resources, and documents needed to effectively perform the role.
-
Is there anything I should do to prepare my business for a Virtual Assistant?Yes! First, is get clear about what you will your new VA doing and have it in writing if possible. We appreciate a client who can communicate their purpose, plan, and goals for having a VA added to their team. We want to make sure you get the value needed for your investment so providing clear direction is a plus!
